Same Day Delivery
We have partnered with Global Messenger© to offer "same day" delivery to the Baltimore area.
If you submit your file after our noon deadline and still need your file the next day you can select our same day delivery option and still get it the next day.
...And if you still need more time, working through the night, you can still get your poster on time.
If your file reaches us by 8am the day it is to be delivered, sorry no exceptions, select the Same Day shipping option on the order form and your poster will be printed and will delivered to you by 5pm the same day!

If you get your file to us by noon, we will ship your poster that day via your selected shipping method.
FedEx - Next Day, Priority, Standard, 2nd Day, 2nd Day AM
USPS - Express Delivery or Priority MailNext day delivery is available through either USPS or FedEx. Yes, even Saturday deliveries! We can ship your poster anywhere. (i.e. your University, home, conference hotel...)
US Postal Service
BIG NEWS: The US Postal Service offers next day delivery! Even on Saturday at an awesome rate! (about $25 in Maryland compared to FedEx Saturday delivery winch averages about $50)
Order your poster before 12 noon on... Get your poster on... OR... If you have a day or two US Priority Mail is guaranteed 3 day delivery. It will arrive anywhere from 1-3 days. There is a tracking number to follow the package's progress, but there is no way of knowing which day it will be delivered. If you have some time this is an inexpensive way to have your poster delivered.
FedEx Next Day
Below is an example of our normal delivery schedule using Federal Express service.

Please check with us to make sure it is available in your area.Federal Express does offer Saturday delivery and it is available in most major cities. If you plan to use this service you must first verify with us that it is available to your shipping location. This service is usually double the cost of their regular next day service.
Federal Express also offers FedEx Priority Overnight which is next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
If your University is closed Federal Express will deliver on the next available open business day. I know Graduate students are still hard at work even when the Universities are closed, but they will not deliver to your University if it is closed. One alternative could be, if you live off campus, to have it delivered to your home, but remember someone must be there to sign for the package.
FedEx 2nd Day
Order your poster before 12 noon on... Get your poster on... Note: University Poster Printing guarantees that if your poster order is placed before 12 noon M-F we will print and ship your poster the same day. We however are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to FedEx or US Postal Service circumstances. We have yet to encounter any, but to be on the safe side we have to make you aware of this.
